Service 04 · On the monthly plan

Social Media Management

Your channels, run by the people who shoot for them.

The offer01 / 08

Strategy, monthly calendar, design, captions, scheduling, publishing and community replies — handled as one job. Because the same team films the content, the calendar is never waiting on assets that do not exist yet.

Channels that stay live and on-brand without anyone in your team owning the calendar.

The thesis02 / 08

Social calendars do not fail in production. They fail in approvals.

Every abandoned content plan looks identical from the inside: the shoot went fine, the designs were fine, and then everything sat for eleven days waiting on one person to reply.

Brands usually diagnose this as a resourcing problem and hire another freelancer. It is not. It is a decision problem. When each individual post needs sign-off, the queue length is set by the busiest person in the business, and that person is almost always the founder.

So we move the approval to the top. You approve a month — the themes, the shoot, the posting dates — in one sitting. Individual posts then go out without coming back to you, unless they touch price, claims or something legally sensitive.

The second half is supply. Most social managers can only schedule what already exists, which is why feeds slowly fill with quotes and reposts. Ours are attached to a camera; if the calendar needs three product videos on the fourteenth, they get filmed on the shoot day, not improvised the night before.

How we do it03 / 08

Four things we will not compromise on

Each of these is specific enough that you can hold us to it on the first project.

  1. 01

    One approval, one calendar

The month is signed off in a single call. Nothing then waits in your inbox for a reply.

  2. 02

    Attached to a camera

What the calendar needs gets filmed on the shoot day. No scrambling for something to post.

  3. 03

Written for the platform, not copy-pasted across it

A reel caption, a LinkedIn post and a story sticker are three different jobs. We treat them that way.

  4. 04

    Comments answered like a person

Replies inside a day, in your voice, with anything commercial escalated to you rather than guessed at.

Process05 / 08

How social media management runs

Four stages, the same every time, so you always know what is happening and what is expected of you.

  1. 01

    Plan

Themes, formats and posting dates for the month, agreed in one call.

  2. 02

    Make

Filming, design and copywriting against that calendar.

  3. 03

    Publish

We schedule and post, then manage the replies that come back.

  4. 04

    Review

What earned saves and traffic decides what we make more of next month.

Common misconceptions06 / 08

What people get wrong about this

  • 01Posting every day is what grows an account.

Posting something worth watching is. Daily filler trains the algorithm — and your audience — to skip you.

  • 02Followers are the metric that matters.

Saves, shares, profile visits and site traffic predict revenue. Follower count mostly predicts follower count.

  • 03Organic reach is dead, so this is pointless.

Organic reach is the cheapest possible ad testing. The posts that travel for free are the ones worth putting budget behind.

Questions08 / 08

Social Media Management, answered

  • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn as standard, with WhatsApp broadcast and Google Business Profile posts where they make sense for the business. We would rather run three channels properly than six badly.
