Posting daily with nothing to say is just noise on a schedule. A few pieces people actually watch will do more for you.
Most content plans start with a number — thirty posts, four reels, two videos — and then someone scrambles to fill it. The result is on schedule and completely forgettable.
The fix is not less content. It is planning one message, shooting it once, and cutting it many ways: the long video, the vertical clips, the photos for posters, the hooks for ads.
Simple test: if a post would embarrass you as the only thing someone sees from your brand this month, do not spend a shoot day on it.
